Option 1: On Campus Accommodation

Full event attendance with accommodation on campus.

Prices from £270 (£190 for under 16 years). After the early booking period the standard price will apply of £335 (£230 for under 16 years).

*Further family booking discounts also available subject to registering a minimum of four adults/children (over 3 years of age). Prices from £255 (£180 for under 16 years). After the early booking period the standard family discounted price will apply of £310 (£220 for under 16 years).

Option 2: Hotel Type Accommodation

Full event attendance with hotel type accommodation
Prices for shared accommodation from £340 (£300 for under 16 years). After the early booking period the standard price will apply from £400 (£380 for under 16 years).
Prices for sole occupancy accommodation of £375. After the early booking period the standard price will apply of £430.

Option 3: Attendance Only (No Accommodation)

Full event attendance without accommodation*
Prices from £200 (£175 for under 16 years). After the early booking period the standard price will apply of £225 (£195 for under 16 years).

*Further family booking discounts also available subject to registering a minimum of four adults/children (over 3 years of age). Prices from £190 (£165 for under 16 years). After the early booking period the standard family discounted price will apply of £210 (£180 for under 16 years).

Cancellations:

Cancellation within 7 days of a registration being completed will receive a refund less £20 administration fees. Cancellation after 7 days of a registration will not be eligible for any refund.

Transfers:

Any registrant wishing to transfer a registration to another person will have to apply in writing to info@al- hidayah.co.uk giving details of their registration and reason for transfer. Al-Hidayah will try to accommodate transfers wherever possible, but, reserve the right to refuse a transfer request if it is not considered possible.

General:

All ages for attendees are assessed as their age on 01 January 2025.
