AH2025 will make use of a range of spaces, including the state of the art Butterworth Hall which will host keynote lectures by Shaykh ul Islam.
The University has recently renovated several spaces which will be available for workshops and activities throughout the retreat. We are confident that the spaces will meet your requirements and provide delegates with a comfortable learning venue.

Yes! You have the option to pay in 4 easy instalments. We will take an initial payment as a non-refundable deposit, followed by four further payments in monthly intervals.

Registration fees for residential attendees includes access to all sessions, materials and workshops, as well as meals, refreshments and overnight en-suite accomodation.
Registration fees for non-residential attendees includes access to all sessions, materials and workshops, as well as lunch and dinner meals and refreshments.
We are working with the venue to arrange a feasible creche facility, however we would require a sustainable demand for this facility. If you are interested in using the creche please email: registrations@al-hidayah.co.uk and advise of your requested requirements.
Cancellations within 7 days of a registration being completed will receive a refund less £20 administration fee.
Cancellations after 7 days of a registration will not be eligible for any refund.
AL-HIDAYAH reserves the right to change modify or withdraw advertised purchase price.
Transfers:
Any registrant wishing to transfer a registration to another person will have to apply in writing to info@al-hidayah.co.ukgiving details of their registration and reason for transfer. Al-Hidayah will try to accommodate transfers wherever possible,but, reserve the right to refuse a transfer request if it is not considered possible.
Shared occupancy rooms can only accomodate 2 individuals, alongside any travel cot brought by the attendees (the venue does not provide cots).
